Cooking chicken in a pressure cooker, as with any other food that would normally require a long cooking time, is a real pleasure.
For the Pressure Cooker Chicken Recipe you only need a few ingredients and a few simple steps to prepare it.
I want to point out right away that my pressure cooker is from Lagostina and has a 7-liter capacity.
In this type of pot with a 7-liter capacity, I was able to cook 8 chicken drumsticks with 4 potatoes cut into large wedges.
The result is really excellent.
My advice is to read the instructions for your pressure cooker.
Remember not to stay away from the kitchen for too long when you have the stove on. This applies to every occasion, especially for the pressure cooker. It’s always better to keep an eye on it and make sure the lid is perfectly closed and the valve is clean. A valve clogged with dirt does not work.
