Pressure Cooker Onion Soup

Craving something warm, creamy, and super flavorful, but have no intention of spending hours in the kitchen? I totally understand! And I have the solution: Pressure Cooker Onion Soup.

A great classic of French cuisine, born between bistros and cozy fireplaces, which I have now revamped in a smart way for those who love good food but don’t want to complicate life.

In this recipe, I’ll show you how to get a soft, rich, and fragrant onion soup with that delicious cheesy gratin that everyone loves.

It’s the perfect dish for autumn or winter evenings, for a satisfying and comforting dinner after a busy day. The sweetness of the onions, the enveloping broth, the crunchy bread, and the melting cheese will certainly win you over.

And trust me, no one will notice you used a pressure cooker (except when they directly ask you for the recipe!).

You absolutely shouldn’t think that soupe à l’oignon is just a French restaurant thing…get ready to change your mind.
