How to use the pressure cooker and how to cook rabbit.
On Amazon you can find my book/recipe collection about the pressure cooker https://www.amazon.it/Cucina-Bollette-leggere-Pentola-Pressione/dp/B0GQSYGVS7/ref
It’s a difficult time for everyone and it seems we must increasingly aim to save.
A good cooking method that helps cook food well and save time and gas consumption (a blessed thing!) is certainly the pressure cooker.
I use it often and it’s really a great help in the kitchen.
Just think that from the whistle of the valve I let twenty minutes pass and it was ready. Without hovering around to stir or worry about the sauce drying out. Really convenient.
For those wondering, the rabbit in wine cooked in the pressure cooker turned out really good and tender, with a sauce that’s top-notch.
Recipe to try for next Easter’s menu.
Must try!!!

Once prepared, I recommend eating the rabbit hot and storing it in the fridge in a well-sealed container for 1 day.
FAQ (Questions and Answers)
How to remove the gamey taste from rabbit?
You can soak it in water and lemon juice for 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can use vinegar. After half an hour, wash it and dry it with paper towels.
How do you wash the pressure cooker?
Like any other pot, by hand or in the dishwasher. However, I always wash the lid by hand.
What if the valve doesn’t whistle?
Check if the pot has been closed correctly and the lid is properly sealed.
