A delicious and flavorful one-dish meal, the Rustic Pie with Mushrooms and Bechamel smells like autumn.
I love this easy and quick recipe to prepare.
The Rustic Pie with Mushrooms and Bechamel has a base of puff pastry and a filling of ready-made bechamel, or if you prefer, check out my recipe on how to make good homemade bechamel.
For the mushrooms, I opt for fresh ones.
Great dish to serve both for lunch and dinner, although I must say I mostly bring it to the table in the evening, accompanied by a good red wine.
