Ingredients

  • 2 packages crustless sandwich bread
  • 3.5 oz cream cheese
  • to taste mayonnaise
  • 2 salad tomatoes
  • 5.5 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 7 oz cooked ham
  • 9 oz mozzarella

Preparation

  • First, you need to slice the vegetables;

    Cut the tomato into thin slices and remove the seeds;

    Cut the romaine lettuce head into thin strips;

    Slice the mozzarella, cooked ham, and salmon,

    Cut the sandwich bread in half and spread mayonnaise on the first slice;

    Add the ham and spread with mayonnaise:

    Add tomato, mozzarella, and more mayonnaise;

    Then the lettuce leaves and close with the mayonnaise-spread sandwich slice;

    Make 5 layers in this way, then repeat the filling;

    Wrap the sandwich in cling film and store in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight;

    For the second sandwich, prepare the arugula sauce;

    Chop a bunch of arugula and put it in the mixer with oil, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt;

    Spread the arugula sauce on the sandwich bread slice;

    Add the salmon;

    Add the lettuce and sauce;

    Mozzarella and close with the arugula sauce-spread slice;

    Also in this case make 5 layers and store in the fridge with cling film;

    Unwrap and cut the sandwich diagonally;
