Welcome to my food blog! Today, I’m taking you on a journey to discover an irresistible dish: the Spicy Stir-Fried Cauliflower.
This recipe combines the bold taste of cauliflower with the zest of chili peppers, resulting in a simple yet character-rich dish. It’s perfect as a side, a main course, or a vegetarian alternative to serve with rice or warm bread.
The beauty of this preparation is its speed: a few ingredients, a well-heated pan, and well-balanced ingredients: a bit of garlic, fresh or dried chili, and a distinguishing anchovy paste.
