  • 1.76 lbs pumpkin
  • 1.27 cups water

Preparation

  • Place pumpkin cubes in the steaming basket;

    Pour 1.27 cups of water and insert the basket into the pressure cooker;

    Close the cooker with the lid and cook for 8 minutes from the moment of the whistle;

    Turn off and wait a few minutes before opening the cooker;

    The pumpkin is ready!
