Among the most requested Italian desserts is Tiramisu.
Loving desserts with ricotta, I appreciate it less. But, indeed, the Tiramisu Recipe is the most searched on Google and the most appreciated dessert by the palate of many.
For 500g of mascarpone, 6 eggs are needed. The secret for a good Tiramisu is to whip the egg whites until stiff for a creamy and fluffy texture of the cream.
