Tips
To prepare pasta with tomato and cod, you can use either fresh or frozen fish. In the latter case, I recommend thawing it before cooking.
You can use your favorite pasta shape.
If you don’t like garlic, you can use red Tropea onion.
If you don’t like pickled capers, you can use salted ones, but make sure to desalinate them thoroughly.
Instead of tomato puree, you can also use cherry or Piccadilly tomatoes.
