Storage

Tiramisù finger foods can be stored for several days in the fridge, but they will tend to become softer. You can freeze them and serve them as small ice cream sandwiches.

Tips

Tiramisù finger foods are crunchy when consumed freshly made. If you prefer a softer version, you can quickly soak them in milk or coffee.

You can use both Pavesini, of any flavor, or classic ladyfingers. In these cases, however, I recommend soaking them in coffee to give the tiramisù finger the typical coffee flavor of tiramisù.

You can use either unsweetened or sweetened cocoa.

If you think your diplomat cream is not solid enough and may melt, add 2 sheets of gelatin (fish glue) dissolved in a small cup of milk to make it more stable.

For an alternative version, you can also fill them with just cream and a thin layer of hazelnut cream!
