Storage

I recommend consuming the vanilla rice pudding while it’s still warm.

You can still store it in the fridge for up to one day, but I recommend reheating it with a little milk.

Tips

You can complete the sweet vanilla rice pudding by adding your favorite spices like cinnamon, turmeric, star anise, etc.

The recommended rice is Carnaroli, but you can use whatever you have available.

Instead of lemon zest, you can use orange zest.

The amount of sugar can be decreased or increased according to your taste.

For a lighter version, you can use skimmed milk, otherwise, whole milk is recommended.
