Storage
Vanillekipferl can be stored in a tin or airtight container for over a month.
Advice
You can make vanilla crescent cookies by replacing almond flour with 80 g of peeled almonds blended with the sugar indicated for the recipe.
If you do not have vanilla extract, you can make vanillekipferl using bourbon vanilla powder or the seeds of two vanilla beans.
