Steps for the Chicken Roll-Ups
To prepare the chicken roll-ups, lay the chicken breast slices on a cutting board. Add a slice of cooked ham on top and
a slice of smoked cheese.
Roll up the slices and
wrap them with the bacon slices to seal them. I used 3 slices for each roll-up.
Transfer the cubed potatoes into a bowl and season with salt,
pepper,
oregano and
drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Mix everything to season the potatoes.
Place the roll-ups in the basket along with the potatoes.
Add sage leaves, a few sprigs of rosemary and cook in the air fryer at 356°F for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through for even browning.
Serve your crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside chicken roll-ups.
The roll-ups can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days in an airtight container. Before serving again, reheat them for a few minutes in the air fryer or oven.
