Steps for Oven-Baked Chicken Drumsticks with Potatoes
To prepare the chicken drumsticks with potatoes, start with the marinade. Place the chicken in a bowl,
the salt,
the pepper,
the paprika,
the chili pepper,
the juice of a lemon,
the extra virgin olive oil
and mix everything with your hands, making sure the chicken is well coated with the marinade, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least thirty minutes.
After 30 minutes, take the chicken out of the fridge and place it on the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 392°F and meanwhile prepare the marinade for the potatoes.
In a mixer, combine the onion, garlic,
the sage,
the rosemary, the paprika,
the chili pepper,
the extra virgin olive oil,
the juice of a lemon and
blend everything until you obtain a homogeneous marinade.
Transfer the potatoes into the bowl and
add the marinade.
Add the potatoes to the chicken
and bake for 35/40 minutes or until the chicken is well browned and the potatoes are well cooked.
Serve the chicken drumsticks with potatoes still hot.
