- 1.76 lbs potatoes
- 1.76 lbs sausage
- 2 yellow onions
- 8.82 oz peeled tomatoes
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- 1 sprig rosemary
- to taste dried oregano
- 1 glass water
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps
To prepare the sausage and potatoes alla pizzaiola recipe, start by peeling the potatoes, transferring them to a bowl of water for 30 minutes, and after drying them
cut them into cubes of roughly the same size.
Now peel the onions,
cut them in half and make strips that are not too thin.
Set aside.
Transfer the potatoes to a large baking tray,
also transfer the onions,
the peeled tomatoes
and adjust with salt and
with pepper.
Add the rosemary,
the oregano,
pour a glass of water,
drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
and mix everything with a spoon.
The only thing left to do is add the sausages
and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 35/40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, the dish is ready; serve while still hot.
