- cup granulated sugar
- cup lard
- 2 eggs

- 1 tsp anise seeds

Steps
To prepare Sicilian taralli cookies, start by placing the sifted flour and granulated sugar in a bowl,
add a pinch of salt and
softened lard.

Knead initially in the bowl,
then on the work surface and
form a loaf.
Cut nine pieces of dough and divide them in two.
