- 7 oz potatoes

Steps
To prepare the stuffed gratinated onions recipe, start by peeling the potatoes,
cut them into cubes and set aside.
Peel the onions and
cut them with a knife until reaching the center.
transfer the onions, potatoes, and a bay leaf to a pot and let them cook for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove from boiling water and let cool. In a large bowl, mash the potatoes,
add 2 oz of grated cheese, the chopped parsley, a drizzle of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper and
mix everything.
Now take the onions and remove all the layers,
add a spoonful of the potato mixture inside and
