Air Fryer Ricotta Omelette

Air Fryer Ricotta Omelette. Just eggs and ricotta, very tasty, rich in flavor, and can be prepared in just a few minutes.

It is a quick and convenient main course that saves us when we haven’t gone shopping. It is made only with eggs and can be customized and enriched as desired for always new versions.

In this version, I used eggs, ricotta, plenty of grated cheese, salt, and pepper. The result will please everyone!

To prepare the omelette with the air fryer, simply cook it in a well-oiled pan or lined with parchment paper to place inside the basket.

I used a round one, very convenient if we want to cut it into wedges, but oval, square, and rectangular pans can also be used.

The important thing is that they are of suitable material and appropriate size for the basket.

If you don’t have an air fryer, an electric oven will work just fine. Also great cooked in a skillet.

The omelette in the air fryer is a tasty dinner-saver main dish. We can prepare it when the fridge is empty, but we don’t want to give up on something tasty, perfect for a midweek meal, it’s vegetarian, and pleases everyone.

Serve it hot, just made, and accompany it with a side of your choice, even a simple salad or perhaps with delightful artichokes.

Advice

Choose the pan according to the size of your air fryer basket and make sure it is suitable for this type of cooking.

If you don’t have an air fryer, use a 8-inch diameter oiled pan, or bake in the oven at 350°F for 15/18 minutes.

This is a vegetarian version. If you want it richer, you can add diced cooked ham and you’ll taste how delicious it is.
