Ingredients
Cauliflower alla Pizzaiola
- 1 cauliflower (large)
- 21.16 oz peeled tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 8.82 oz mozzarella (or provolone or scamorza)
- salt

Steps
Cauliflower alla Pizzaiola
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower for 10/15 min.
In a saucepan, put a clove of garlic, oil, and the peeled tomatoes previously cut into pieces. Turn on the heat, add a ladle of water, salt, cover with a lid, and cook for about 15 min over medium/low heat.
Drain the cauliflower.
Cut the mozzarella.
Preheat the oven to 392°F fan.
In a baking dish, put half of the tomato sauce, the cauliflower, and finally add the mozzarella.Create another layer by continuing with tomato sauce, cauliflower, and mozzarella.
(If desired, you can sprinkle with oregano or grated cheese).
Bake at 392°F for 10/15 min.

The cauliflower is ready, wait a couple of minutes before serving.
