You can prepare Hazelnut Cream Pudding as we did in a 1-quart mold or in small molds so that everyone at the table will have their own pudding, making everyone happy with little expense and a lot of goodness.
It is very easy to make and does not require many ingredients. Suitable for any occasion, it is ideal as a snack but can also be served as a dessert.
It” is always the queen, even in the heat: hazelnut cream. So why not enjoy it cold?

Ingredients for Hazelnut Cream Pudding
- 13.4 oz Nutella®
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tsp agar agar

- 1 Whisk

Steps for the Pudding
Pour the milk into a pot, add the powdered agar, mix well and heat over low heat.
Add Nutella and dark chocolate and mix well.
When it begins to boil, cook on low heat for another 3-4 minutes.
Now you can fill a large soft mold (or the individual molds previously moistened with cold water).
Cover the mold with cling film and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before enjoying it.
A tip (To facilitate extraction from the mold, choose a mold that moves when pressed with the hand. If the side shape does not need to be perfectly smooth, you can remove the edge with a knife and flip it to extract it).
Decorate as you like. You can embellish the Nutella pudding with whipped cream or cocoa powder and hazelnuts or even with colored sprinkles.

Tips
The Nutella pudding can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days.
