- 25 oz chicken breast
- 2 lemons (juice)
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 cup water

Steps
For Lemon Chicken Bites
Cut the chicken breast into strips about 0.6 inches wide.
Coat them in flour by placing them in a food bag along with a heaping tablespoon of flour.Shake well, then pass them through a sieve to remove excess flour.
In a pan, heat a drizzle of oil, then place the chicken strips.
Brown the meat evenly for 1-2 minutes over high heat.Season with salt and pepper
Add the lemon juice and 1/4 cup of water.
Continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally to thicken the cooking juices.
Serve immediately garnished with pepper.

Tips
Why not try replacing the lemon with orange? Alternatively, cut the chicken into cubes instead of strips like I did.
You can also use marjoram, which is very aromatic, as a herb!
I indicated a quantity of water, but you might need less: it depends on how creamy you want it.
