Mascarpone and whipped cream, and your paradise cream is ready to be savored. You can use already sweetened cream as I did, or unsweetened cream to which you add a tablespoon of honey. In summer, it’s also delicious to keep in the freezer as a mock ice cream.
The name paradise lets us know the characteristics of this indulgent cream: soft, white, and fluffy, just like a cloud!
It’s so good that we can even enjoy it by the spoonful, put it in small glasses, and serve it with crumbled cookies, fresh fruit granules, or chocolate chips.

Paradise Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream (alternatively, also use vegetable whipping cream)
- 8 oz mascarpone
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp honey

Steps
Paradise Cream
Place the mascarpone in a bowl, add the powdered sugar and honey, and work until everything is smooth and creamy.
In a bowl, whip the cream very cold from the refrigerator with electric whisks.
When the mascarpone mixture is homogeneous, add the whipped cream by spoonfuls, incorporating it with a spatula and gentle movements from bottom to top until a homogeneous mixture is created.
Use your Cream immediately for your sweet preparations or as a spoon dessert.
Tips
The no-cook paradise cream should be kept in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap until ready to use.
It’s important that it stays out of the fridge for as little time as possible, especially in summer and on hot days.
It can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for a couple of days.
