  • 21 oz potatoes (yellow flesh weight when peeled)
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan (grated)
  • as needed extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs (or gluten-free)
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Sandy Potatoes in Air Fryer

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges, then put them in cold water for about 1 hour.

    Change the water at least twice.
    In a dish, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan with salt, pepper, and spices.


    Thoroughly dry the potatoes and place them in a large bowl.


    Add a tablespoon of olive oil and mix thoroughly with your hands to distribute it over all the potatoes, then add the previously prepared breadcrumb mixture and mix to coat all the potatoes.

  • Mix well, ensuring the coating sticks to the potatoes as much as possible.

  • Place the potatoes on the tray or grill of your air fryer and cook at 390°F for 12/13 minutes.

    During cooking, shake them a couple of times to ensure even cooking.
