  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 1/2 glass water
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 sprig parsley

Procedure for Cod with Potatoes and Olives

  • To make the cod with potatoes and olives recipe, first pour some oil into a large saucepan, add the garlic and finely chopped onion, and sauté over moderate heat for a few minutes.

  • When the onion has softened, add the sliced chili pepper, diced potatoes, and oregano. Stir and continue cooking for a few minutes, still over low heat.
