Today I would like to propose an easy, quick, and creamy dish: Pasta with Zucchini and Ham. It is a simple first course that, in its simplicity, appeals to everyone. Additionally, it is very creamy like Pasta alla Nerano, due to the addition of a cheese I love: gorgonzola. At my house, it was appreciated, and I hope it will be at your home too. But let’s see together how to prepare creamy pasta with zucchini, ham, and gorgonzola.
