Ingredients for Puff Pastries with Strawberries and Cream
- 12 sweet puff pastries
- 0.7 oz limoncello
- 0.6 cup heavy cream
- 7 oz strawberries
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 leaves mint
What you need for Puff Pastries with Strawberries and Cream
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Mixer
- 1 Piping Bag
- 1 Star Nozzle
Procedure for Puff Pastries with Strawberries and Cream
Clean the strawberries by removing the crown and washing them under a stream of running water. Dry them well, set aside three, and chop the others into pieces.
Pour the cream into a bowl and add a tablespoon of powdered sugar. Whip it using electric beaters.
In a bowl, pour the limoncello and dip the puff pastries, turning them in the liquid a couple of times without soaking them too much.
Arrange them, one by one, on a tray, side by side. Place the cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
Create swirls with half of it on the first layer of puff pastries and proceed by placing the chopped strawberries on top.
Dip another six puff pastries in the limoncello and arrange them on the cream, overlapping the first ones. With the remaining cream, create another layer to complete the dessert.
Finish with the three whole strawberries and mint leaves. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
Enjoy your tasting!
