Today’s proposal is Smoked Salmon and Cheese Rolls with Orange Scent, a very easy to make appetizer, as well as tasty, simple, quick, and delightful. Ideal to present among the appetizers for Christmas Eve dinner or lunch, or to propose for an aperitif, or on the occasion of a buffet. It takes very little time to make, and bringing it to the table will definitely be a success. To make this recipe, I used smoked salmon slices and spreadable cheese flavored with orange juice.

Ingredients for Smoked Salmon and Cheese Rolls with Orange Scent
- 7 oz smoked salmon
- 5 oz spreadable cheese
- 1 tsp orange juice
- 8 grains pink pepper
- to taste salad
- 1 slice orange

- 1 Small Bowl
- 1 Tray
Procedure for Smoked Salmon and Cheese Rolls with Orange Scent
Place the spreadable cheese in a small bowl and soften it with orange juice, mixing with a fork.
To taste, you can also add a bit of zest from the citrus, but only the orange part and if the orange is organic.
Mix well until the orange juice is blended with the cheese, making it creamier.
Place the salmon slices on a cutting board and spread the orange-flavored cheese over them.
Roll the fish slices on themselves and place them on a serving dish, where a salad has been previously spread.
Add pink pepper grains on each roll. Cut a thin slice of orange, divide it into four parts, and place each triangle next to the rolls.
These delicious fish rolls can also be served at Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter tables.
