How to prepare apple and almond cookies
Peel and cut the apples into pieces, put them in a pot with the water and juice of half a lemon. Place on the stove and cook on low heat. Meanwhile, toast the almonds in the pan and grind them in the mixer to make flour.
Add the cooked apples to the almond flour and blend everything together, transfer the obtained dough to a bowl and form a homogeneous dough ball. Prepare a small bowl with sesame seeds and, if desired, another with sliced almonds. Take a piece of dough, roll it between your hands to form a nice ball, roll it in the seeds or sliced almonds, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or the perforated mat.
Continue until all the dough is used and bake in a static oven at 356°F for about 25/30 minutes.
