Bimby Vanilla Ice Cream

The Bimby vanilla ice cream is one of those simple and genuine desserts I often prepare in summer. Creamy, fragrant, with few ingredients and no difficulty: it really takes just a few minutes! Just a little patience for resting in the freezer, and it’s ready to serve in a cup, on a cone, or accompanied by fresh fruit.
At home, it is also very much liked on its own, but if you want to make it even more delicious, you can enrich it with some crushed nuts, a few dark chocolate shavings, or a caramel topping. It is also perfect as a base to personalize each time in a different way.
To prepare it with the Bimby, you only need cream, milk, sugar, and a good vanilla extract. In very few steps, you will have homemade creamy ice cream, without preservatives or additives.
