The cake with milk chocolate is a simple and tasty bundt cake, a quick and easy recipe for everyone. It was created to recycle leftover Easter egg chocolate, HERE you can find other recipes. The chocolate I used is milk chocolate for the joy of our children, but you can also replace it with dark chocolate. It’s a soft cake to enjoy at breakfast or as a snack, and in fact, everyone at home loves it! I found the recipe here on the “Chiarapassion” blog, I liked it a lot, so I put on my apron and turned on the oven😜 and now it’s your turn 👇👇👇
Well, let’s discover it and I’ll wait for you on my Facebook page, on my Instagram profile, on Pinterest, and on my YouTube channel with my videos for a greeting and a comment.
See you soon, Susy

Ingredients for the Milk Chocolate Cake
- 9 oz milk chocolate (+ 1.8 oz for decoration)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 packet baking powder (1 packet)
- 1 pinch salt
Tools
- Electric Whisk (or stand mixer)
- Mold bundt pan 9/10 inches
Prepare the Milk Chocolate Cake
Melt the milk chocolate with the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave at low temperature. Once melted, set aside and let it cool well. Meanwhile, in the stand mixer, whisk the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Then lower the speed and slowly add the milk, sifted flour, and baking powder together, the pinch of salt, and finally the melted and cooled milk chocolate.
Pour the batter into the greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan (or you can use homemade pan release Here you find the recipe) it’s perfect and quick.
Place small pieces of chocolate on top and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes. Check the doneness with a toothpick test. Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, and then taste 😜
Storage
The milk chocolate cake keeps well in a cake container for a few days, but it will surely be gone soon 🤣🤣🌈
