Cocoa truffles are delicious and indulgent treats. They are extremely easy to prepare, and you can make them with leftover sponge cake, pandoro, or finely broken cookies. I also recommend the chestnut truffles recipe, which is a must-try!
Finally, just add some cocoa, a few tablespoons of jam, and a bit of liqueur to the mixture. Shape the mixture into small balls by hand and roll them in chocolate sprinkles, and voilà, the truffles are ready.
They are definitely worth trying, but be careful, they can be addictive! 🙂
Let’s discover the recipe together, and I look forward to seeing you on my Facebook page, my Instagram profile, and my YouTube channel with my videos for a greeting and a comment.
