Coconut and cocoa truffles are a quick, fresh, and delicious treat. With a few ingredients, I managed to prepare a delightful and tasty last-minute dessert, like when your friend❤️ comes over for coffee and you don’t know what to offer for dessert.🙄 Or it can become the quick, fresh, and perfect treat for a summer dinner at friends’ houses. In short, they are a fantastic idea for those who have little time, just like the recipe for chocolate salami.
Warning, they are addictive, so don’t overdo it!😋😋 Are we ready to prepare them together? So, spatula in hand, and remember you can find me on my Facebook page idolcidisusy, on my Instagram profile, and on my young YouTube channel with my videos for a greeting and a comment. Enough chit-chat, let’s move on to the recipe ⬇️⬇️⬇️🐾

Ingredients for coconut and cocoa truffles
- 3.5 oz cow milk ricotta
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Tools
- Spatula
- 12 Mini muffin liners (small)
Prepare coconut and cocoa truffles
In a bowl, mix the ricotta, sugar, and 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut with a pastry spatula. Use your hands to shape into balls and place them on a plate. Meanwhile, prepare two bowls, placing cocoa powder in one and the remaining coconut in the other. The process is very easy; roll each ball first in cocoa and then in coconut. The coconut and cocoa truffles are ready. Before serving, leave them in the refrigerator for an hour.
Storage
You can store them in the refrigerator in a sealed food container for no more than 2 days.
See you soon, Susy
