Creamy Nutella muffins, filled, soft, and so delicious! The perfect recipe for Sunday morning breakfast, I recommend enjoying them while they’re still warm because the center will be so creamy with Nutella that you won’t be able to resist having another one!
The recipe is very easy, the batter is made with just a hand whisk. Always remember to separate the dry ingredients from the wet ones, then combine them together and mix everything. The key step to achieving the creamy Nutella center is crucial. Indeed, at least thirty minutes before starting the recipe, you must freeze 12 Nutella balls on a sheet of parchment paper to be added cold into the muffin liners with the batter before baking, so that once baked, they will stay in the center of the muffin and give us the creamy center effect! What a wonderful idea! See you soon, Susy.

Preparing creamy Nutella muffins
To give our muffins the creamy Nutella center effect, it is necessary to follow this step. Prepare a tray lined with parchment paper and use a teaspoon to create 12 Nutella balls and place them in the freezer to freeze.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare the muffin tray with paper liners.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, melted butter, and a pinch of salt.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth.
Fill the muffin liners about 2/3 full with the batter and add a teaspoon of frozen Nutella, cover with the remaining batter, and bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.
Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool slightly before tasting. They’re a must-try!
