Dead Man’s Beans Cookies are prepared during the All Saints’ Day on November 1st as a tribute to loved ones who have passed away. The recipe is very simple, traditional in the Marche region but also made in several other Italian regions such as Lazio and Umbria. These are delicious cookies made of all-purpose flour and almond flour, scented with lemon and flavored with grappa. Their appearance is cracked like chocolate crinkles cookies and their crunchiness is delightful. They are tasty and fragrant, you will surely like them.
Let’s discover it together and I look forward to seeing you on my Facebook page on my Instagram profile and on my YouTube channel with my videos for a greeting and a comment.
