Eggless Mascarpone Cream Bimby

Eggless mascarpone cream Bimby is a very quick, delicious recipe perfect for preparing tiramisu, cupcakes, to fill pandoro or our cakes. Preparing it with the Bimby is really very easy, it’s ready in 10 minutes and with only three ingredients, cream, mascarpone, and icing sugar. It is a valid alternative to the classic mascarpone cream, suitable for those who do not want or cannot eat eggs, or for those who prefer a slightly lighter cream. Remember that the ingredients must be very cold, so I suggest putting the bowl, the butterfly whisk, and the cream if not very cold in the freezer for about ten minutes, this to obtain a smooth and velvety eggless mascarpone cream Bimby.
