Ingredients for the frosting cream

  • 7 oz cream cheese
  • 7 oz fresh liquid cream
  • 5/8 cup powdered sugar

How to prepare the frosting cream

  • In a bowl with electric whisks, whip the cream to stiff peaks. I recommend putting the whisks and bowl in the freezer for an hour because it will whip faster.
    In another cold bowl, whip the sugar with the cream cheese. Then combine the whipped cream with the cheese mixture and mix well.
    The frosting cream is ready. Now I proceed with the piping bag to decorate cupcakes or our cake.
    If you decide to color the frosting cream, divide the mixture into different bowls, as many as the colors you want to create.

Frosting Cream Storage

The cream can be stored for a maximum of 2 days in the refrigerator. We can color it as we like, but make sure to use high-quality dyes.
