The recipe for light oat tartlets is sugar-free, gluten-free, and vegan, as they contain no animal-derived ingredients. A recipe to add to the collection of sugar-free recipes.
They are truly delicious, very easy, and great for a light breakfast. They are little baskets of pastry-like dough made with whole oat flour, small whole oat flakes, coconut oil, and sweetener, I used erythritol.
I filled the base of 8 muffin liners, added a teaspoon of sugar-free cherry jam, covered it with a little bit of dough, and baked for about 30 minutes!
What else to say, it’s a recipe you absolutely must try, so let’s prepare it together ❣️
See you soon, Susy

Ingredients for Light Oat Tartlets
- 3/4 cup g oat flour (whole, gluten-free)
- 1 cup g oat flakes (small, whole, gluten-free)
- 1/4 cup g sweetener (Erythritol)
- 1/4 cup g coconut oil
- as needed cherry jam (sugar-free)
How to Make Light Oat Tartlets
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, whole oat flour, small whole oat flakes, the sweetener, I used erythritol, and melted coconut oil, until you get a compact non-sticky dough like classic pastry.
In a muffin pan, place the liners, fill the base with dough, add a layer of jam, and cover the surface with a bit of oat dough.
Bake in the oven for about 25/30 minutes at 340°F, let cool slightly and then taste!
Absolutely a must-try!
