Nutella Crepes Bimby is an incredibly easy and delicious recipe. They are perfect for breakfast, for a snack, and they are the most loved dessert by both adults and children, making them hard to resist.
The batter is prepared quickly thanks to the Bimby and with very few ingredients that we surely have in the pantry, such as milk, eggs, and flour. If you cook them with a non-stick crepe pan, you won’t even have to grease it with butter, and after a couple of minutes, the crepes will be ready to be filled with Nutella.
This recipe is a basic batter made with Bimby, they are sugar-free so you can also fill the crepes with a savory filling!

Ingredients for Nutella Crepes Bimby
- 1 1/4 cups partially skimmed milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- to taste Nutella®
- to taste butter (for the pan if not non-stick)

Preparing Nutella Crepes Bimby
Put all the ingredients in the Bimby cup and activate for 1 minute at Speed 5 and let the batter rest in the fridge for half an hour.
Take the cup out of the fridge, activate the Bimby for a few seconds and quickly stir the batter. Place the crepe pan on the stove, if using a non-non-stick pan, melt a knob of butter, and pour a ladle of batter. Tilt and slightly rotate the pan to evenly distribute the batter and cook on both sides, it will take a couple of minutes per side.
Once cooked, place them on a plate, sprinkle with Nutella on half side, fold into quarters, and dust with a little powdered sugar.
Storage
The crepes can be frozen separated by a sheet of parchment paper and thawed in the microwave or in a pan.
