The soft Nutella ring cake with the Thermomix; an easy, quick recipe perfect for the whole family’s breakfast. Soft, fragrant, and with a delicious Nutella heart, it’s perfect to start the day sweetly or for a snack guaranteed to bring a smile.
The recipe I’m proposing today is designed for the Thermomix, but you can easily make it with electric whisks: the result is always guaranteed!
In fact, further down I’ll also leave you the procedure with electric whisks, so you can prepare the ring cake even without using the Thermomix.
It’s an easy and quick preparation, ideal for those days when we have little time but still want to bring something special to the table.
This ring cake is my son’s favorite: he happily eats it for breakfast, dipped in milk, but also as a snack with a nice glass of fruit juice. It has become one of those desserts I make often because I know it makes everyone happy.
If you love soft and genuine breakfast cakes, I suggest you also try my cocoa cake without butter and eggs: a light and very easy recipe, perfect for the whole family.

- 80 ml Peanut oil

How to make the Nutella Ring Cake Thermomix
Insert the butterfly whisk into the Thermomix bowl: I will use it for the entire preparation.
Place the eggs and sugar in the bowl: 1 min. speed 4.
Add the milk and oil: 30 sec. speed 4.
Combine flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt: 40 sec. speed 5.
Pour the batter into a Bundt pan (buttered and floured).
At this point, add the Nutella in spoonfuls directly on top of the batter.
Use a fork to make slight swirls to incorporate it a bit inside.
Bake at 338°F (170°C) in a static oven for 35-40 minutes. Always do the skewer test (avoiding the Nutella part). In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar using electric whisks until you get a light and fluffy mixture.
Add the milk, the peanut oil and continue to whisk. Combine the sifted flour with the baking powder and mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter.
Pour the batter into a buttered and floured ring cake pan (24 cm in diameter).
Spread the Nutella in spoonfuls on the surface and create slight swirls with a fork to let it sink inside.
Bake in a static oven at 338°F (170°C) for about 35/40 minutes.
Check doneness with a skewer: if it comes out clean, the ring cake is ready.Store the ring cake under a glass dome or in an airtight container, at room temperature, for 2–3 days.
But I warn you… at my house it never lasts until the third day: it always disappears before, slice by slice!
