Nutellotti are very delicious cookies. A really easy and quick recipe, in fact, they are made with only three ingredients. The star of this recipe is Nutella, an egg, and flour, and the cookies are just to be baked and decorated. I absolutely had to prepare them for the joy of my son and my husband and the result was satisfying, in fact, they were gone immediately!😋😋😋 Below you can also find my video recipe to show you how easy it is to prepare them 🎥😉
See you soon, Susy.

Ingredients for Nutellotti
- 6.35 oz Nutella®
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- Nutella® (As much as needed for decoration)
You will need
- Baking Tray (oven-safe)
- Piping bag
Preparing Nutellotti
Place the Nutella and the egg in a bowl, use a fork to mix well. Then, in three additions, add the flour and start kneading.
After that, form the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film, and let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes. This will make it less sticky and easier to form the cookie balls.
Once chilled, start making the dough balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Use your finger to create an indentation on their surface, which will allow you to fill it with Nutella once baked.
Bake the cookies at 340°F for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
Place Nutella in a piping bag with a star tip and create a dollop in each cookie. And then… the Nutellotti are ready
Storing Nutellotti
We can store them for a couple of days in a tin box, but there will be no need because I assure you they will be gone soon.😋😋😋

Susy’s Tip
Try adding a little coconut flour, about a scant tablespoon, to the dough to give your cookies an original flavor and a pinch of chopped hazelnuts on the Nutella dollop, this will give that extra touch to your Nutellotti.😉🌈
