How to Prepare the Soft Bimby Pound Cake – with Chocolate Chips
Start the recipe by putting the chocolate chips in the freezer for at least half an hour; this is important to prevent them from sinking in the cake!
Put the sugar and eggs in the mixing bowl, and activate for 1 Min. Speed 4.
Add the milk and melted butter, and mix for 30 Sec. Speed 5.
Pour in the flour, baking powder, and vanilla, and activate for 40 Sec. Speed 4.
Combine the cold chocolate chips and mix for 30 Sec. Speed 4 ANTI-CLOCKWISE.
Pour the batter into the greased and floured pound cake mold, and bake in a static mode oven, preheated, at 356°F for about 40 minutes.
Let the Bimby pound cake cool before removing it from the mold.
