Ingredients for the Soft Tart with the Clever Mold

  • 5 oz sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp butter (Cut into pieces and softened)
  • Half packet baking powder
  • 1 vanilla bean (Seeds)

Soft Tart with the Clever Mold

  • Put all the ingredients in the bowl and work for 1 minute at speed 4.
    Pour the batter into the greased and floured clever mold and bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes.

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a light and foamy mixture.
    Add the softened butter pieces while continuing to mix with the whisk.
    Add the vanilla seeds, then incorporate the sifted flour and baking powder, lowering the speed.
    Pour the batter into the clever mold and bake in a static oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
    Let the soft tart cool completely before removing it from the mold, then flip it onto a plate.

  • Once cooked, let the soft tart cool well before removing it from the mold. When it’s cool, turn it onto the plate, and it’s ready to be filled as you like 😊

  • This base is extremely versatile. You can fill it with:
