Ingredients for the SOFT TART – with the smart mold
- 0.7 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp butter (Cut into pieces and softened)
- Half packet baking powder
- 1 vanilla pod (Seeds)
Tools
- 1 Electric whisk
- Mold
Steps for the SOFT TART – with the smart mold
To prepare the smart tart you can use an electric whisk or a food processor, I used my Bimby. Here are the two methods.
I put all the ingredients in the bowl and start for one minute at speed 4. Pour the obtained mixture into the smart mold and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric whisk until creamy, add the softened butter cut into pieces and continue to beat.
Add the vanilla pod seeds that I have previously extracted and incorporate the sifted flour and baking powder, lowering the speed of the whisk.
The dough is ready, so I pour it into the smart mold and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Once cooked, let the soft tart cool well before removing it from the mold. When it is cold, turn it over onto the plate and it will be ready to be filled as we like😊
You can fill this wonderful base for soft tart with custard and make it a fragrant fruit cake or with dollops of mascarpone cream or hazelnut cream space for your creativity!
