Ingredients for the Strawberry and Mascarpone Cup
- 5.3 oz mascarpone
- 5.3 oz whipping cream
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 8 cookies Digestive biscuits (8 cookies)
- 10.6 oz strawberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or vanilla seeds)
Tools
- 1 Electric Whisk
In a bowl, pour the cream and mascarpone. With the kitchen spatula, mix to soften the mascarpone. Add the vanilla extract and then sift in the powdered sugar. Beat with the electric whisk until the mixture is firm, for about a couple of minutes.
Wash the strawberries, dry them, and cut them into pieces. Take a cup, make a layer of mascarpone cream, crumble two digestive biscuits, add some strawberries, another layer of cream, and finish with strawberries. Continue with the other cups. Delicious 😻
