  • 1 glass sunflower seed oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1 glass sugar (+ a few tablespoons for the surface)
  • 650 g flour 0
  • 1 pinch salt

You will need

  • 1 Hand whisk
  • 1 Spatula

Preparing the Wine Donuts: Easy, Crunchy, and Fragrant Recipe

  • In a bowl, combine the wine, sugar, and oil. Mix with a hand whisk until the sugar is well dissolved.
    Add the flour little by little and start kneading with a spatula.
    Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and work by hand until you get a smooth, non-sticky dough.
    Prepare a small bowl with granulated sugar for the surface.

  • Take small pieces of dough, form ropes, and close them into rings.
    Roll each donut in sugar and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes, until golden.
    Let them cool completely before enjoying.
