Strawberries for ice cream ready in 2 minutes. Just a couple of minutes in the microwave to make your ice creams even more delicious. Who doesn’t like strawberries with ice cream? I see very few hands raised. You are real sweet tooths, maybe it’s better you don’t learn to make this goodness because you risk not being able to do without it. Ice cream is one of my favorite desserts, I often enjoy it while walking, but when I make it at home I often enrich it with delicious sauces. These strawberries, prepared in 2 minutes in the microwave, make it even more delicious. Don’t turn the page right away, if you’re on a diet, replace a meal with a nice ice cream cone and you’re all set!

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz strawberries (a container)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Half lemon (the juice)

- 1 Bowl
- 1 Knife
- 1 Fork
Steps
To prepare this delight, no tools are needed, just 2 minutes in the microwave.
Prepare the strawberries, wash them well, and remove the green stem.
Cut them into pieces with a knife and place them in a bowl that is not plastic. Add two tablespoons of brown sugar and the juice of half a lemon.
Mix the strawberries well with the sugar and the lemon with a spoon and place the uncovered bowl in the microwave.
Set to 900 watts and cook for 1 minute. Remove the bowl from the oven and mash the strawberries roughly with a fork, then put it back in the microwave.
Cook again at 900 watts for another minute and your strawberries are ready. If you wish, you can mash them a little more with the fork.
Now you just have to wait for them to cool before garnishing your delicious ice cream cup!
My Advice
It’s unlikely you’ll have any leftovers, but if you do, you can store the strawberries for ice cream ready in 2 minutes in the fridge for a couple of days. In fact, I’ll tell you they’re even better the next day!
