Avocado sauce for crostini, meat and fish, a tasty and easy cream inspired by the famous Guacamole Sauce ideal to accompany meat main courses or fish and perfect for savory bruschetta recipes. It is one of my 10 favorite avocado recipes.
Surely you’ve already guessed, I go crazy for avocado — I really love it and I use it constantly in all sorts of sauces!
The last one I bought stayed in the fridge longer than usual and, once it became soft, a mousse was mandatory!
So, inspired by a classic guacamole I revisited it a little and prepared an avocado sauce perfect to accompany crostini, tartines, meat, fish and vegetables.
In short, a passe-partout for every occasion!

Peel it, put it in the blender jar and add the olive oil, salt, onion, parsley, chili pepper and lemon juice. Blend everything until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous sauce.
The mousse is ready — consume it the same day on crostini, meat, fish and vegetables; it’s truly delicious on everything!
To make this recipe you can use an immersion blender with a whisking accessory. You might also need a silicone spatula.
