Preparation of scrambled eggs
Scrambled eggs are one of the simplest and quickest recipes there is, and preparing them is really child’s play. Simply break the eggs into a bowl and beat them roughly with salt and a pinch of pepper if you like, then cook. To cook scrambled eggs, melt a little clarified butter in a skillet or heat a drizzle of oil. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook for one or two minutes, depending on how set you want them, stirring often. If you like them a bit creamy, as soon as they reach the desired texture transfer them immediately from the skillet to a plate. Scrambled eggs are ready to be enjoyed, hot and freshly made.
Storage notes and tips
I recommend consuming scrambled eggs immediately, as they are best hot; at most, store them for up to 24 hours after cooking. When buying eggs, pay attention to the label and codes on the packaging to ensure you purchase fresh ones.
