Every day I make a different cake for breakfast; today it’s the turn of the bundt cake with black grape juice. A simple and quick cake to prepare, fragrant, soft and delicious, also perfect for an afternoon snack. An ideal cake for vegans and for those who are lactose intolerant, since it contains no milk or butter. Easy and quick to make. I used black grape juice, but you can replace it with any other fruit juice you prefer.

Ingredients — Bundt Cake with Black Grape Juice
- 2 cups 00-type wheat flour (type 00)
- 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp (about 170 g) granulated sugar
- 3 1/2 tbsp (about 50 g) sunflower seed oil
- 1 cup (250 ml) fruit juice (black grape)
- 1 packet (about 16 g / ~3 1/2 tsp) baking powder
Tools — Bundt Cake with Black Grape Juice
- Ring pan
- Mixing bowl
Steps — Bundt Cake with Black Grape Juice
Prepare and weigh all the ingredients.
Also prepare the ring pan by oiling and flouring it. I used an aluminum pan about 9.5 in (24 cm), but you can use a silicone pan if you have one.
Sift the flour with the baking powder into a bowl, then add the sugar and stir. Whisk and pour the fruit juice little by little until fully absorbed. Do the same with the sunflower oil.
Stir well until you obtain a smooth, lump-free batter. Pour the batter into the pan and place it in a preheated oven.
Bake the bundt cake for 35/40 minutes; do a toothpick test before removing from the oven. Let the bundt cake cool completely before removing it from the pan. When it is fully cool, place it on a plate and dust with powdered sugar.
