Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Freshly baked chocolate chip banana bread. Continue the preparation of Banana bread but this time with the addition of chocolate chips. I love this dessert, and when I have very ripe bananas, I use them for this recipe. It is a dessert born in America, but it has now become very popular in our kitchens. It’s a moist and soft dessert, precisely because one of the ingredients is mashed banana pulp. Perfect for breakfast or a snack for both adults and children.

Useful Tip

If the bananas you use are very ripe, then reduce the sugar a bit. If you have guests, you can serve it with melted chocolate or even with chocolate ice cream scoops.
